Not sure which paper we did - think it was independant:

Comprehension: 15
Creative: 15
Critical: 14

Damnit - makes no sense - the only prepared piece was the one that lost the mark...go figure.

I got mine back today

Section I: 9/15
Section II: 9/15
Section III: 9/15

I'm indifferent about my marks, I managed to get first in my class - which is sort of scary. I know I could have done better in the creative writing section, I started it off really well, but I got bored half way through and everything sort of went to shit from there because I was trying to finish it.

Overall 40/45 = 89%
Hope I get a similar mark in modules

i'm surprised so many people got really high marks for this exam. the highest in the grade at my school is 13/15 for comprehension. don't know about the narrative and the essay.
mine:
11/15 comprehension
dunno/15 narrative (shit mark i guess since i sucked in that story)
13/15 essay :)

I wrote 4-5 pages for section 3 and got 15 -
"quality not quantity" - a truly great saying

I was pretty disappointed with my results this time round. Ranked equal 3rd.

Reading Task - 10/15
Creative - 15/15
Essay - 14/15

Lost a mark on the essay for lack of enough discussion on technique. Lost five marks in the reading task for not managing time properly.

13/15 is hardly "bad".

Well maybe it was more a mix of the mark maybe being to generous in my opinion and my high standards. I'd only be happy If I got full marks...lol...but that doesn't happen often enough.
