4 minutes. I fuckin' wrote a 6 minute speech and cut stuff out until I hit 4 minutes every time... I went in there and I started... and then I finished. I wanted to walk out. And then I had a coughing fit and almost vomited during another guy's speech. lol

If you're at all nervous, you tend to speak faster. This is probably where you lost those 30 seconds. You just always account for performance anxiety in your planning.
