oooooo, so hows it that JKD doesn't mod this subject?
It's not from any particular website. I've gained extensive knowledge on nutrition and exercise physiology in the past 3 years due to personal interest. I don't mod the subject because I didn't undertake the HSC PE/H/PD course, and plus I don't have the time to moderate another forum.

If you want the details, the ratio consumption can be found on various websites. abcbodybuilding.com is one example where the consumption ratio of fats vs. carbohydrates vs. proteins for each subsequent increment of 10% intensity difference is documented in the nutrition section, and this can be verified by other sources easily. The control topic is mainly a common sensical implecation of the consumption ratio, since obviously when the sprinter first starts his/her run, the intensity would vary from the 'equilibrium' intensity for aerobics, anaerobics etc. so one cannot expect the macronutrient consumption ratio to be at a certain intensity when that intensity hasn't been reached.

and also i read the preivous few posts and JDK what your saying is rather complicated and i was wondering if you could refer me to any websites(relatively relevant to the course) that could extend my knowledge and understanding of nutrition and training

Hey guys thanks for all your help. Ended up completing the 8 page assessment worth 20% and getting 18/20 for it :)
I was pissed off that I dropped the marks at the section I was most confident about because i didn't justify two things. WE get marked very harshly.
Anyway, I may edit it soon with the appropriate corrections in that section and submit it to the resources.
Its on the whole of Core 2

Its in a zip file (4 word documents)

thanks without wings :) My percentage went from 66% to 73% :D
I still feel like I was cheated of the marks on the first two assessments but for this one I knew how my teacher marks so it wasn't hard to get 18/20. I only wish there were more assessments left
