The reason why your post hasn't been successful is probably because the quote you have given us is incorrect. In the play, the word 'natural' doesn't occur twice in Hamlet's soliloquy. However, if your post wasn't just a mere typo then I would obviously suggest that there is repetition in the quote - which is to emphasise the amount of calamities earth has to offer.
