No bond can be kept by your employer, its illegal and this kind of thing can not be written into an EBA, AWA or any other common law contract of employment.

If you dont want to loose your job then well there is two options inform the OWS (Office of Workplace Surv.) they will then investigate the entire company or option two, move onto another position.
