There really isn't such a thing as "better" in that sense. Harvard is awesome, as is Oxford, LSE, and Po. It's really about what you want from them and which location/culture you like more. And I don't mean culture in the sense of England vs US, I mean learning cultures.is science po really the best place to study political science? even better than Harvard school of government?
Despite the availability of courses taught in English at Po, I wouldn't personally want to go unless I had excellent French.
Edit: Also, I'd only go to Po if I was interested primarily in continental political science. The great thing about US universities is that whilst they're younger than EU unis, they tend to teach much more cutting-edge stuff.
