I did this quiz, as I think its compulsory. What they will do if you don't do it, I don't know. The questions are stupid, I failed! I got 15.17/20, the pass mark is 16. Now I gotta waste more time doing this thing again. Grrhh...

Has anyone else done it?

You can always re-do it. When we did it as first years, we got more than 1 attempt.

I just completed the quiz 3 hours ago at UNSW first time with 16.10/20 or 80.50%, I'm glad I passed considering I did not read the entire tutorial thoroughly.
Like the RTA handbook or any lecture, the amount of content to completely memorise and learn is unachievable in such a short time frame.
I remember only the fine keywords, especially the ones indicated in bold.

LOL. Yeah, I only skimmed through the notes. For example, one part said it would take 60 mins, i read it in about 10. and another part said it would take 20mins, I did it in about 2min.

But I hate those kinds of questions, and i was only 1 damm mark short. Sure I can try it again, but i cbb. Like the question said where would you go to find a journal, the Catalogue, or a database. I'm like.. isn't the catalogue a database??? oh well.. i'll do it again, such a waste of time.

In vista/webct/my e-learning, or whatever the hell its called. you should have some thing listed called ELISE something, in it there is a quiz.

some courses use WebCT Vista as a repository for course information and various other things, including a forum for discussion.

past papers and more importantly, assignments are usually put there for the courses that use it. as well as lecture notes and tutorial questions/sheets.

Seems to be working now, and damn it's annoying. The discusison forum... or whatever you call it is 20 years obsolete, and the entire thing is javascript based, so you can't open everything up in tabs. Damn that's annoying ><
