Hey, If someone were eligible for EAS points on their ATAR does that mean if a person got 90 they can get into a 95-99.95 course? (Except med and law ofc)
and if this is true, if they wanted to transfer to another course in uni because they didn't like the one they chose are these EIS points still applicable when transferring?

Yes, what you've said is all true. BUT every university has different approaches to the EAS. For example, UTS and Maq University will allow a maximum of 10 additional points added to a students ATAR, whilst USYD and UNSW will only allow 5 point.
