Do we have to know the terms accrual aggregate, underlying cash balance and headline cash balance?

No.
But it would be good to throw into extended responses to show a greater understanding.

don't really need to know them. could use in an essay but even then, its not a major requirement or anything. I wouldn't bother tbh.

underlying cash balance is similar to fiscal balance, but it uses cash accounting methos. its the best short term indicator of the impact of budget on the level of economic acticvity.
headline budget balance includes sales of asset, eg one-off items, such as privitisaition of gtb and sales of land.
