Economic enterprise for people and economic activity (1 Viewer)

My class is doing tourism and I don't find it too interesting and I have been thinking of doing this topic based on local whisky distilleries. However, it does not belong into any of the categories in the syllabus. Do any of yous know someone who have experience marking HSC papers who might know how strict are they when it comes to how the economic enterprise chosen adheres to the syllabus?
I know whisky distillery may seem like an odd topic for a year 12 student, but I already have relatively strong knowledge on the industry and I'm way more interested in it.

The enterprises listed in the syllabus are only examples, you don't have to do any of them. However, you do have to do it on a very specific business/company.
