Hello friends!
I was wondering what other people did for their residential project (preferably in Sydney), and what they did for their volunteering activities and if you have ideas that would be great!

I'm not to the Duke of Ed level which requires residency, but for my bronze Duke of Ed award I volunteered at a nursing home. It's pretty good if you have the knack for it – I just acted as an assistant to one of the diversional therapists, serving food, keeping elderly company, and planning activities. Best of all is that you're really contributing to a society which is severely understaffed in this department, and it's nice seeing the smiles on people's faces when they have a new visitor. Most of them don't get visited often.
