yes the answer is correct..
i dont understand from solution row 1, if im not wrong i must integrate exponent n let x as constant, is that correct?

Is this from your uni course?

1st integrate wrt y; so treat x as a constant

$\100dpi so\ doing\ \ \int_{0}^{x}x^{2}e^{xy}dy\ \ is\ like\ doing\ \ \int_{0}^{x}5^{2}e^{5y}dy\\ \\ which\ is\ \ equal\ to\ \ 5\int_{0}^{x}5e^{5y}dy\ \ =\ \ 5\left [ e^{5y} \right ]^{x}_{0}\\ \\ But\ the\ 5\ I\ used\ as\ an\ illustration\ instead\ of\ x\ (treated\ as\ a\ constant)\ is\ actually\ x; you \ have\ \\ \\ to\ take\ this\ into\ account\ when\ you\ do\ the\ 2nd\ integration\ (wrt\ x)$

"hantu" means ghost in Malay/Indonesian.

let say i have

1st i treat y as constant and i integrate cos(xy) is that correct?

with respect to x, yes.

You also need a dy in the double integral.
