Oh really? That is goodWorkload is roughly the same. Just longer duration for double degrees.
Yeah, I guess you would be able to if the subjects that you wanted to overload were free & didn't have any major clashes with anything else.Say a double degree is 4years, if you overload and go 5 subjects a Semester can you finish it in 3?
Yes, if the subjects work out. Your timetable may not fit.Say a double degree is 4years, if you overload and go 5 subjects a Semester can you finish it in 3?
It's possible, assuming you can do those 5 subjects in a semester (there are pre-requisites for subjects remember), and that the lectures line up in your favour.Say a double degree is 4years, if you overload and go 5 subjects a Semester can you finish it in 3?
I reped you and you got a new box!!!Yes, if the subjects work out. Your timetable may not fit.
Nah, I didn't get a new box. I've been one 1 gold for a while. The bar refreshes though after rep, so it can look like it.I reped you and you got a new box!!!
it wont finish in 3, you'll still have 2-4 subjects left over, so 3.5 yrs, unless you overload to 6 subjects a sem for 2-4 semesters... this depends on when you start overloading tooSay a double degree is 4years, if you overload and go 5 subjects a Semester can you finish it in 3?
Wow, how many hours per week did your friend spend at Uni?Nah, I didn't get a new box. I've been one 1 gold for a while. The bar refreshes though after rep, so it can look like it.
A friend of mine did 6 subjects per session, and got a 4.5 down to a 3 year degree. I wouldn't recommend it though.
Our single degree is already roughly 25 hours, which may not seem a lot, but compare that to the average 15 hours most people do, it's a decent amount.Wow, how many hours per week did your friend spend at Uni?
Wtf? You gain more breadth if anything...I read a really interesting article about whether double degrees were worth it. Essentially pointed out that to fit the double degree in, you were dropping electives and thus losing the breadth component you could get in a single degree. Wish I could find it!
But essentially how long you can get in depends how much you overload and if the subjects you want can be done either semester and fit on the timetable.
yerr me 2I wish I could have tacked an Arts degree onto my current degree.
