Pft. I really don't care if I fail maths or science, I mean I still want a SC, but I won't be doing them next year so if I get crappy marks then...pft.

It's easy for us to say that the SC is a joke, a bludge, etc. but most of the yr10ers who are going through it right now probably don't think so.

Don't just bludge for the SCs just because older students say it's nothing to worry about. Study as much as you need to, it's always good practise for when you enter senior high school and have to study a lot more.

I actually enjoyed doing the School Certificate. For the most part the questions were actually quite funny (the stupid kind of funny).

And for those who have massive anxiety issues like I had back then, just do it as best you can, take pauses to think about the question and you'll probrably end up with band 5/6's. If you think you're eligible for an illness/misadventure form then fill one in too.
I had massive anxiety issues with maths and I managed to scrape an 80 with an I/M form. :p

Have Fun, enjoy the freedom whilst you can.

Practice different ways to study!
