LoL. Didn't even read the title. Just clicked on the link directly across from NSW (HSC).

As long as it's readable it will be fine. Even if the markers can only read one word a line, they still have to mark it. Personally, I always forget to cross my "t" 's. When marking, my teacher simply circles one at the start, and writes "etc" next to it.

Do you have a passport though? If you don't have a passport, they wouldn't let you fly to Thailand and then you would be truly screwed.

Lol troll, mods changed your thread title.

Your writing should be legible. Your exam is marked by more than one examiner, but if your writing is barely readable it will be passed on for more markers to examine and determine a mark. You could be cheated out of marks if the examiners cannot understand your writing style or structure. But that is in extreme cases.

My teacher was telling us about an essay that was hardly legible that the examiners came across one year. About five markers had a read of it and couldn't make out what was going on. Thing is it could have been the most brilliant essay, but who knew? Nobody could decipher what half the words were.

Plus check previous threads about this. They detail that your writing should be legible and you shouldn't use abbreviations such as "can't, won't, shan't" for example. You should show your capabilities of expressing proper English in your essay.

My writing is barely legible. All my teachers can read it but i dont know whether that is just because they have gotten used to it or if it is actually legible. It is a big problem of mine and i can see it costing marks. Any tips ??

My writing is pretty nasty.

It's honestly too late now to do anything that is going to significantly improve the legibility of your handwriting. Probably just go into the exam with a conscious awareness that the writing should be legible. That's really all we can do now.

As has been mentioned the markers will try their best to read it so you will not be disadvantaged unless your writing is really bad. If you can read all of it, chances are at least one marker will be able to. That being said, the neater the better.

Try writing bigger than you normally do. This should space out your letters more. But in the next few days, there is really not much you can do to change your sty;e.

Is my writing an extreme case or just bad but readable?

I'm very concerned about this.

I'm sorry, I can't read your post.
The lack of punctuation and correct grammar is hurting my eyes.
As long as you write in ENGLISH you'll be fine.
