from someone who actually knows....

If you apply straight from high school you dont need UMAT,

but if you are applying to transfer into it after 1 year of tertiary study, then you do need UMAT with a score in the 90th percentile (the higher the better). You also need a credit /distinction average and a bunch of work experience.
