It doesn't really matter in this case. SOR is an easy course (as long as you are not complacent and put in the hard work + effort). I did SOR I and achieved 49/50, and it counted heaps towards my ATAR.

But if SORII's been consistently scaling higher every year, then I guess it's safe to say that it does.
