Yeah... no... it depends on how much you both care about the HSC and ATAR in the end. There are those who only want to spend time together and the thought of HSC/ATAR means nothing to them so they more or less throw it out the window. But I had a girlfriend and we both cared about our HSC/ATAR and we basically graduated top students in our schools. It's not all that hard balancing girlfriend and HSC anyway, it's not like the HSC is hard or has that much work.
