OMGSAME!!!I floss whenever I eat corn on the cob, and sometimes after I've eaten steak. Foods that stick in your teeth.
You know the RDI of vitamin C is usually around 100mg per day (in the US, anyway - it's 45mg per day here)? And that all of that comes from fresh fruit and vegetables (and we usually consume quite a bit above the RDI)? I do not have a vitamin C deficiency; if I did, I would be suffering far more severe symptoms.oh that used to happen to me, but if you take 1000mg vitamin c tablets daily it cures the bleeding. Generally its not gingivitis or anything just a deficiency in vitamin c. It pretty much cures it staight away.
I should go do that, hey.my family has a regular checkup at hcf every 6 months.
