I was under the impression that after doing Information Technology, I would get a AQF of certificate 3 level. This does not seem to be the case as I only have a statement of attainment. I was just wondering how I would go about getting an actual certificate?

I was talking to the VET co-ordinator, (I think) who told me I would get a certificate 3. I feel so ripped off!! I hate BOS! Where is my certificate??? Stupid Bad People that work there are all liars and thieves!! Give me my certificate!

PS: After this I may also need a certificate 3 in anger management....but I definatly won't be doing it through BOS!!!

The subject guidelines clearly states that at the end you will only get Cert 2.
If you really want Cert3, spending some time in Tafe wouldn't hurt.

No, I did 4 units and got certificate 3 statement of attainment.

BOS doesn't give the Certificates or Statements of Attainment anyway...ur VET provider does...
