I seldom get the recommended servings of fruit and veggies in my diet each day :(

And i always seem to eat the same fruits over and over again, like mandarins, apples, oranges, bananas.

Which fruits do you eat to get your recommended dose of fruit a day?
Which vegetables do you like best?

And finally,do you eat 5 serves of veggies and 2 serves of fruit a day?

I'll usually have one piece of fruit at breakfast... apple, banana or pear.

Then I'll have one at Lunch too.

Then at dinner I'll usually have a LOT of veggies. I steam my vegies properly... and they're SOOOO good :)

So yea I get my recommended servings :)

I eat fruit whenever I feel like it, and when I can be bothered... I hate peeling mandarines cos the juice squirts everywhere :(
I <3 rock melons and bananas!

I probably eat about 3 serves of veges a week haha... the bits of stuff in my lunch + dinner.
how much lettuce in grams is a 'serve'? I can never be sure.

Yeah to the veggies.
Not so yeah to the fruit.
Ever since I got my braces, I got used to not eating things like apples of the core, corn off the cob, bread rolls etc...and even now, braces far far away in a scrap metal factory in Malaysia, I don't eat such things, unless they are cut up. Force of habit...Too lazy, I guess...

No way.
I usually eat a piece of fruit each day as a snack (not every day though) and dinner includes vegetables 90% of the time. But I eat nowhere near the recommended serving of either, tbh.

I'm getting better with fruit. Banana's keep me on the recommended average.

Vegetables are really dependent on dinner. I'll try and have a a bowl of peas, tomato and carrots, and potato with the meal. But it doesn't always work out like that. :D

Fuck no. Even being vegetarian its hard to reach that every single day.
i was never really a fan of meat until late last year when i realised i need protein in my diet.

Today, i had no fruit but i did have some vegies..probably only 1 serving though!!!

grr it's so hard to reach the recommended servings each day.
