I'm not sure if this is a dumb question as I'm getting different answers from all over the place but as title says

Do we need to say which visual Stimulus we are using?

I got in the habit of actually writing it at the front of my booklet, I was told that for my trials so I just repeated it. I don't think I got penalised but I'd probably check with the examiner if they were given any special instructions for that kind of stuff.
