Discuss: Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the statement or w/e they give you.

Not sure about the other two. :)

From my school diary :p
Don't know if this is much help.

Analyse - Identify components and their relationship between them; draw out and relate implications.

Discuss - Identify issues and provide points for/against.

Evaluate - Make a judgement based on criteria; determine the value of

EDIT: How did I confuse analyse with assess?
I won't correct it, seeing as somebody else already has provided the exact definition.

Evaluate:
The law is very effective in achieving justice, as can be seen from its reform of law.
Assess:
This experiment is not very effective, as can be seen by many things such as cases around the world, results obtained, and a large number of other factors.
Discuss:
The study of ancient history allows us to learn many things about the past. Though there are issues, such as conservation and reconstruction. Both have positive and negative points, and both are important (you would then go on to talk about these points).

I hope that helped and that I didn't screw them up lol.

So evaluate and can only have one view, like the advantages. But, it can not have advantages and disadvantages? Other than that, thanks for your help guys!!

Hopefully you're still awake. With both, it's up to you. You can discuss advantages and/or disadvantages, just make sure you have evidence. The only difference between assess and evaluate is that:
Evaluate: Make a judgement based on criteria
Assess: Make a judgement (more broad).

And you're welcome.
