Does anyone have any idea why? My ATAR is over the 2011 and 2012 cut off. I did my HSC in 2009 though, maybe that's why. Is there any chance of getting a late offer?

Anyways, for late offers - it depends. Cut-offs may rise or fall based on demand for the course.
