Just wondering what kind of windows laptop they provide under the initiative? My laptop is quite shit, but I can't afford a decent laptop right now.

HP Pavilion x2

You can choose from that, an iPad or a Windows Surface Pro. I'm not that techy, but from what I've heard from people who are, the laptop is pretty shit. Do your own research to see whether you want it. If not, maybe get one of tablets and just buy a bluetooth keyboard.
