ok this is what i recieved.....

There are no prerequisites for entry into our Fashion Course.
You will need to apply through UAC by the 27th September. You will notice that you have the opportunity to complete and optional questionnaire that I would advise you treat as compulsory.
This questionnaire if you secure an interview will enable you to gain additional points towards your UAI score. The questionnaire needs to be lodged with the University by the 27th Sept.
Because of the opportunity of the questionnaire we are unable to set a standard UAI Score, however you could work towards the mid 80's to low 90's....

Yes your UAI is the determining factor in whether an offer is made or not. What the questionnaire and interview does is provide you with the opportunity to gain additional points to your UAI score.

for example lets say you obtained a score of 84 in you overall UAI, upon obtaining an interview from the questionnaire you gained an overall point score of 5 this would mean your UAI is now increased to 89.

Subject to the number of interest in the course and the overall UAI scores of the applicants 89 may be enough.
