Hey guys, which definition of a black body is correct?
(I modelled these both from a multitude of sources, i'm not sure which version of the 'emission' is the correct one)

"A body that absorbs all radiation that strikes it. It also emits all electromagnetic radiation that it absorbs, with the distribution of wavelengths of the emitted radiation dependent on the body’s temperature."

"A body that absorbs all radiation that strikes it. It also emits electromagnetic radiation of all frequencies at any moment in time, with the distribution dependent on the body's temperature."

I have no clue what I just read.

A black body is an object that absorbs all radiation
and emits it in small packets called quantas.
