Our class just left it for some time. We didn't do any heating.

Is that accurate and valid?
We Basically weighed the whole bottle and then opened it, poured the contents into a beaker, reweighed the bottle, weighed 6g of , put it into the beaker, stirred it and waited 10 minutes. Reweighed the beaker and it contents. Then repeated the weighing after 30 minutes. Then you could calculate the mass of CO2 lost. :apig:

My school has only one hot plate, so I have to use a bunsen burner, oh well thats what the discussion is for.

If I heat the drink in the beaker to 50 degrees how long do I have to keep the drink heated ?
