Um...have they not seen Bored of Studies yet?

And this:

Actually, that, to the whole article.

On one note, at least here independent and CSSA papers are never to be distributed as they are under copyright.

The only thing really that they could say is cheating is to share papers that students will do exactly (I mean the same paper) later on for trials or something.

Also, I guess its misconduct to share independent and CSSA papers.

Rest of article is rubbish.

"This article conveys perfectly the concept of not belonging that is enforced on students of "HSC Discussion Group" by the mainstream media. The use of the title "HSC cheats are risking disaster" instantly grabs the attention of the audience to highlight that that the ethics of the "15,000" students partaking in the group is ultimately flawed, further adding emphasis to the title piece "The penalties for plagiarism include being given zero marks or failing the course." persuades the audience to avoid contact with the group on grounds that they will be failed for sharing their knowledge to other equals within the group. Furthermore the students partaking of the group are highlighted as marginalized from the rest of the Year 12 cohort by use of the statistical dialogue "The group has more than 15,000 members — a fifth of this year’s HSC students".

Lacks literary techniques, cohesion does not refer to stimulus and does not link back to the question, lack of ToPEEL structure.
Score 5/15"

This reply though so funny.
