i'm using the film the bone collector as related material and i wondered if anyone had used it aswell and would be willing to share ideas

well my exams start next week so im kinda moving through it really quickly not a lot of time on my hands you know. ive got that it subverts the idea of the traditional detective hero, the accumulation of evidence through the paper pieces (that were the publishing logo) and a few other points i cant really be bothered typing out atm

Relate it back to the conventions of crime fiction.

I did it in a speech just to back up the historical context of my points and it worked quite effectively.

I was thinking of using The Empty Chair...its in the Lincoln Rhyme series, and is a much better story imo
