creative writing on discovery need ideas (1 Viewer)

as apart of the first assessment I have to write a creative writing piece of approximately 600 words. the stimulus are : it was fascinating to see the world from his perspective OR there were always empty pieces missing in the puzzle
it needs to explore discovery as an act of renewal and a changed perspective.
I have no idea what to write about. help please

Im currently in the same position and have a similar test tomorrow. Well i think you should write for the 'missing pieces', about a deceased relative or friend and the character is still coming to terms of them-self and the acceptance of their loved ones passing. Maybe it could be so traumatic for them it could lead to depression, then link with the prescribed text and say that this character is greatly effected when the person was alive they discover the missing piece is taken from them when the person passes away. I know its not the best example but its all I've got haha.
