I just bought one of those covergirl lipsticks that are meant to "pump up the volume" accidently. They make my lips sting so I thought I might have bought one of those poison swelling lips ones by accident, but the site claims it does it by locking in moisture. Seems dubious. I think its just irritating my lips to make them look swollen.
