Hi there,

I am doing my JD at UTS part time. I have picked Contracts as one of my subjects for next semester, but someone told me there is a midsemester exam?? I was hoping to go away for two weeks over mid semester break (I work full time as well as study and need the break) but if there is an exam this probably isn't possibe


If anyone would be willing to send me a copy of their Contracts subject outline manda_990@hotmail.com so I can have a look it would be most appreciated!

Also if anyone is doing Criminal or Torts (or has done in the past) could you please tell me if there is a mid semester exam?

Hey,

I'm doing Contracts next sem too! I think there is a midsem as the uts online midsem exam timetable included one for contracts.

I've done torts and crim this semester - there are no midsem exams for those subects (unless there is a massive change of some sort).
