You like Eco, I don't. Therefore in your view, Eco > Physics, and in my view, Physics > Eco. Therefore it is subjective. :bat:

And you can't minus something from undefined either. ;)
Lol relax, I'm only posting + & - since i'm overly bored :hammer:

But, Physics is good, i like physics, eco is also good (depends on your teacher for both too), but atm I like both equally xD

so its a 0

Thanks... lol
Is there anyone that does both Bio and Eco
tell me what they think
because I have 13 units atm I was wondering I'll take up Eco (total 15 units) if I don't like Eco I'll drop it and won't miss out on Bio or vice versa.

Since it's the end of Term 1 is alot of catching up for Eco?
Really content packed just like Bio?

Catching up for eco should be easy. Basically it'll probably be opportunity cost, demand and supply and thats about it. It should be very easy, if eco interests you that is.

YESSSSSSS it looks interesting but the problem is I have an awesome Bio teacher and class that teaches really well and makes Bio look really good.

But if it was just looking at the subject I'd take up Eco in a heart beat, but the problem is (stated above) >__<

As mentioned before, it's all about whether you're interested in the course. Try and have a look around bos and see if there are any notes on prelim first topic Economics. If there are, have a look along with any other topics you can get your hands on. If they interest you, go for it.

Most the kids at my school, as well as my Maths teacher, don't like Biology because they think it's boring. Economics in year 11 is actually pretty damn good. You'll also more than likely look at the GFC and what's caused it, etc. So just choose it if you're interested in it.

Preliminary is easy catch-up. Don't stress over it.

EDIT: If you want an ATAR and don't really care how you get it consider if your bio class is smart and will maintain high marks. At least compared to your current Economics class. If you just want to do something enjoyable, go with Economics.

Thank you, I never thought of looking through notes :)

Just wondering if Bio content and Eco content is the same?
I mean like the amount of content.

crap that's heaps! I don't think I'll handle that much content, I'm assuming content in Prelim is less i.e. for both subjects? (That's a stupid question but just wondering..)

I find eco good. It depends on your interest in the subject. It's not rally hard, but there's a decent amount to remember. Bio has more to remember tho, i know that as a fact.

If you pretty much get the concept of eco its easy.

If you're interested, bug the Economics teacher to signing up to the Share Market game this year, if it's still available. I loved playing that last year. I was the only one in my group of 3 that actually did anything and we ended up beating everyone in our class just until the end. >.>

Good luck with your subjects, by the way. I hope you enjoy them.

It helps you gain an understanding of how the stock market works. It's also something fun to do during your prelim. year.

I do Eco, yes. I like it immensely. The only issue I have with it is that I don't understand the current module we're doing because I didn't really pay attention during class. My fault entirely. The course is interesting, learning about how globalisation affects economies, protectionism employed by governments, lots of other stuffs. I enjoy it.

I'm not a science type of person though. I understand it and can reproduce it pretty well, but I don't particularly enjoy it. So I didn't choose any. With your dilemma, I've yet to hear anyone in my grade say that they enjoy biology. Just some food for thought.
