Okay well first I would draw up a plan. Listing your conflicts and how the law resolves them and encourages cooperation.
Some conflicts you could talk about might be;

Then you write on your plan how the legal system resolves these conflicts. Here you can talk about parenting agreements or alternate dispute mechanisms etc etc.
