ar......no wonder....does that mean colesmyer only accepted yr 12 and uni applicants (and of course other oldies). but for those that are in yr 12 are all chucked to Kmart and all the uni 'geeks' (just jk) are sent to grace bros.........how unfair!!!!

Grace Bros seems to care a lot about personality, (whereas other places are more concerned over whether you can count, and who will work for the least amount of money). I think Grace Bros want personalities that will uphold their no-nonsense, snooty image,
so they generally would hire people who are more mature. So I guess high school students would be less likely to he chosen than older applicants.

i hav highschool friend who got gras bros, i guess maturity yeh. i still look young, but my friend is really old lookin for our age.
also he has work experience, which helped alot! (dele france, 2000 olympics, wokboys)
i only had wokboys.

my interview went for like 1 1/2minutes.. (kmart)
but his went for like 10..sigh... (gras bros)

i remember the guy asking 'why do u want to work with us?'
i'm like 'um, cos i worked at easter show, and i liked it'
then he asks 'do u hav any questions', i'm like
"ah, no."
i thought i was gameover at that point..but still made to kmart..heheh
