i got the assessmet within a week, did a group interview a week later andthen i did my interview exactly a week after that, last night at about 11pm i got an email congratulating me and asking me to do the online induction, and this morning got a similar sms. so you can be fairly lucky.

So does this mean you got the job?

Congratulations Erin on joining the Coles Myer Team at Coles Supermarkets. "

Shit! thats is really quick

i did the group interview 2 days after i applied, got an e-mail saying i passed a week and abit later, and then i had my interview with the store just over a month after my group interview. so i guess it all depends on availability. so now im just waitin for my online induction which i think is tomorrow

I did that test earlier this year and nailed it, got a really good score, but they still didn't hire me. Couldn't work that out, particularly when my friend did it and got a lower score and he is now working for them.

Meh, I'm at Bunnings and Pizza Hut now, it's not too bad

I finally got permission to do that damn test today. They said i beat 94% of people. Now comes the waiting game to see if they accept me

I think that test is kinda stupid. It's just like an IQ test really, referring to the critical thinking area which I generally go well at. But then when I walk to the Coles Myer stores around my areas, I immediately recognise dozens of people I know who I would generally regard as dumbfucks (no offence to those people ), so I think it's really up to the interviews and your previous work experiences.
