Co-op Program Interviews!!! Who received one and for what? (1 Viewer)

like theres only one interview day for actuarial studies, and there wouldn't be more than 48 interviews that day, assuming the interviewed people every half hour from 9am to 9pm, which is an impossibility.

hmm.. keep in mind..there's always the chance that they have more than one interview taking place at a time!

660 applicants applied this year. 110 scholarships offered for 2005. no idea how many interviews are given out though... anyone?

so 1/2 chance of getting the coop scholarship?

dont forget they offer people multiple interviews though- so i dont know how that would change it.

Roughly 1 in 5 chance of getting a particular scholarship. Lots of ppl would have got multiple interviews.

I had a finance interview recentely, interviewed 13 ppl for 2 spots, but roughly the odds are 1 in 5, for school leavers.

Plus, there will be multiple interview panels, so they get thru a lot of ppl.

There was a one in six chance berfore we were accepted for an interview though. Although I guess it may be one in five if the people with more than one interview are taken into account.

I have the same problem for actuarial studies, I'm at 3pm but my schoolies cruise has final boarding at that time, but I haven't seen many ppl on here say they got an interview for actuarial studies, last year there were plenty, damn.

At first I got a rejection letter, and then an e-mail saying "an error may have occurred on the website..." I didn't really expect an interview (let alone two), but I'd be hoping for Finance over ISM (if I somehow got the scholarship).

lol ...you can always decline one if you want, but it's probably best to try them all out - you should be proud that you got three.

No, interviews for commerce are day after, probly same for other areas too.

wear what you would normally wear to an interview? formal clothes
take a look at the photos of this year's co-ops in the application brochure..that should give you a good idea

What double are you looking at? It'd be good if they allowed the co-op with a double degree, but I'm guessing it'd be far too much work.
