Then what was the point of covering mistake in lectures? It wasn't even in the practise exam.

claw is the last exam for me, errrrrrrr.....very annoying to wait the end of essay-style exam over... :( :(

mistake was covered because it's in the course, but not in the exam
why complain about not having more in the exam? i think it's because you should really look through misrepresentations and focus on that instead.
also, it won't hurt to read through the supp notes on statute terms :)

what's 'reading 7 and 8' that the exam notes are referring to?
and are they available on bb? i've tried checking but didn't find anything.

i havn't been to many lectures :|

It means the supplementary reading module. You were meant to get it from a box in the E+B building.

you should argue both ways yvonne :)
it depends on
- the severity of the destruction
- whether it was foreseeable

i think there is frustation, well, someone said there is no frustration though.........
