Suppose my Bio teacher's teaching style does not match my learning style (i.e. he belives in self-driven/directed learning but I prefer explicit, direct teaching). Should I use ATOMI or Edrolo to learn the material? Note, I'm aiming for a band 6 in bio.

I highly doubt that even after neglecting it you have forgotten everything, as soon as you start practising and revising again your memory will recall things on it's own, just keep your revision consistent from now on.
