I'm about to start my second year of social work, and in first semester 2 mandatory subjects are indigenous studies (kocr2600) and social policy (scpl2601), but there's a clash with the lectures. there's a social policy lecture tuesday from 9-11 and an indigenous lecture at 10. what the hell?! this doesn't seem to make sense since they're mandatory subjects for secons year social work students. do you think they'll fix this? has this happened to anyone else?

Hmm, are there any other lecture times?

You should contact your relevant department, lecturer or course advisor straight away about the clash, it's prob their timetable screw up if their both compulsory 2nd year first semester subjects.

Lecture 98 students but 3 have not been allocated classes. 51 students have another class at this time.

They will change it due to the severity of the clash.

Thanks wooz and stazi, I contacted a coordinator about it, but it's good to know that there are 51 other students in my position.
