Choosing subjects. (1 Viewer)

This is probably a stupid question, but since no one in my family has ever gone to university I need some help.

My degree states that in my first year I must do 80CP, and no more than 100CP. Am I able to choose any classes/subjects from the list given, to make up the 80CP? I don't have to do all the subjects in order, and I am able to pick and choose, so long as I make up the 80CP?

Yes correct you don't need to do them in order.

However if you have a subject with a prereq you must do them in order, for example


Accounting 1 in first semester
Accounting 2 in second semester

you can not do them in reverse which is just common sense.
