they update their textbooks almost every year, barely make any changes, changing the questions just enough so that someone with an older edition can't follow, and expect everyone studying to pay like...$150 for a textbook.

no we should just build roads that are of such a low quality that it is umpossible to speed

but you see the problem there is that then the design speed will be too low so you wouldnt be speeding anyway
