Hi, I've noticed that the character "" is appearing on many posts and on nicknames that weren't there before. Can someone explain?

The forums aren't handling obscure characters well since the upgrade.

*thumbs up* This is like... the first non-Asian forum which I've used which actually supports Chinese (and various other non-ascii characters).
