My employer won't let me change my shift for the next three months so I was wondering what the steps were to involve changing tutorials.

There are none, you just need to spam email and beg someone to swap with you.

You can technically change tutorials now via https://mysubjects.uts.edu.au/, but you may find many are full. If they are, you could theoretically start spam emailing, but people don't generally like that (and you'd have to wait for UTS Online to update in order to get a list of people in your subject).
