Hi,

Can you still change your UAC preferences without any 'late fee' after 30th Sept [I've lodged my application already]?

Thanks

I wish people read things before they posted. Yes you can change them. Please don't dispense advice if you feel you have to add "I'm pretty sure" because you will invariably look like an idiot.

In that case I'm afraid your only option is to submit your application by phone. Apparently it takes around 10-15 minutes, so I guess you'd be up for around $8-12 max.

I did mine and it only took about 10minutes which is approx $8.00.
If you want to reduce the fee though, rather than submitting in all of your preferences by phone, just do your first preference and then finish submitting your preferences by pressing hash or whatever it is. Then go on the net afterwards and fill in the rest of your preferences. I'm not sure if this would work but I can't see why not.

krystal p: go to your school principal and explain your situation.

I called UAC from the school office, make sure you have your student/course no.'s ready though!

A friend/relatives house perhaps?

I had issues with UAC registration earlier: my home phone banned 1900 numbers, my parents don't own a credit card...however I intended to call from a friend's house and pay her $19 for the UAC registration.
Otherwise, as my careers adviser suggested: Don't go to uni =P

I had the exact same problem! I was even worse off coz my relatives (ie. grandma, aunty, uncle etc) banned 1900 numbers aswell. So I did it at my neighbours house and gave them the money.
