In that case I'm afraid your only option is to submit your application by phone. I had the exact same problem! I was even worse off coz my relatives (ie. grandma, aunty, uncle etc) banned 1900 numbers aswell. So I did it at my neighbours house and gave them the money.amoz_lilo said:A friend/relatives house perhaps?
I had issues with UAC registration earlier: my home phone banned 1900 numbers, my parents don't own a credit card...however I intended to call from a friend's house and pay her $19 for the UAC registration.
Otherwise, as my careers adviser suggested: Don't go to uni =P
