dunno if im spose to admit this.....mite be banned from bos permanently...lol...but i've neva seen a bond film b4 casino royale. hahahaha. be shocked. but i was very pleasantly surprised by this film....mostly coz of the luscious daniel craig. OMGAWD those broad shoulders!!! but the action stuff is kewl as!! but i heard that this was the last film, coz all the books have been made into films...does that mean daniel craig and future bond films is history?

No it's definitely not the last. My understanding is that Daniel Craig is signed on for 3 Bond movies so 2 more. Anyway just because they've finished the stories from the books doesn't mean it's over. Some of the Bond movies that have been released haven't even been based on any of the books.

Except that last half hour, just awful.

agreed. The rest of it was just good simple fun. And Craig is the most fuckable bond since mr connery, oh baby.
But the whole sappy love thing just left me gagging, went on way too painfully long, its like it just zapped all the energy out of an otherwise good movie.

nah. its definitely not the last film. casino royale has been done before anyway. so they will either create new plot lines or re-do alot of the ancient bonds (such as casino royale) excellently.

I felt that he didn't quite have the same Bond charm that has been in the recent Bond movies...I know he's just been promoted to 007 in this one, but it just doesn't quite feel the same.

And no M...the fanciest thing he has in his car is a defibrillator...*sigh*

pierce brosnan absolutely sucked as bond. - worst bond ever.

casino royale was a different style of bond movie but it was still awesome. and if you compare it to the previous one its only about 6 billion times as good.

Agreed that Pierce Brosnan sucked. I thought Craig Whatsit was excellent - the best after Sean Connery.

Eva Green was captivating, best Bond girl.

And that first chase scene, best one since the French Connection.

am i the only one who tired of his blue steel schtick in the first eight minutes? i thought the whole thing was terribly blah. did love le chiffre, though.
