Since the case study question was asked last year, is it safe to say that there is a high chance it won't be asked in this year's HSC?

I would say so, but who knows, they may deviate from the alternating trend, or stick in something into some short answers - I'd still do a case study to be on the safe side.

aarani doesn't know what she's talking about. I dunno, tough call. Learn it just in case, cause if they ask another question that you really hate then you're gonna with you learnt it. They only asked about government responses last year so maybe they'll ask more about the impact generally this year. Too hard to predict.
