Cant detect external harddrive! (2 Viewers)

Actually, it does, once in a while, but it frustratingly seems to disappear from detection once in a while, and this is very annoying while i'm trying to play files from my external harddrive.

Has anyone had this problem? What's the best solution?

I think ur USB cable is loose, try it with other devices

try draining all charge to USB and as z600 said, check cables.
better still, disconenct both cables (power and data) inside the casing and reconnect them.
