I can't even get past the UniPass making process
on the Identity Manager thing

I've re-tried over and over for the past two days
and I'm starting to freak out just about now

Because I can't accept my offer

Is anyone having this issue as well because I'm so confused

Are you sure it's the correct information you've been typing in?

Remember to add a '1' in the beginning of your UAC number.

Correct UNSW program code?

What error text do you get?

I defs added a 1, and I couldn't have gone wrong with my post code or DOB
program code was also correct, checked multiple times :/

Tried the official UNSW link? I know for me it was lagging, hence I chose to do it this way, maybe things would've sped up by now?

Try calling and emailing them as well, you have until the end of first week to accept!

IDM, myUNSW and Moodle all have nightly site maintenances from from 11:50 or 12:30 (can't remember) to 1:45. The proxy error is normal!

Honestly, just call them. It's the quickest way to get it fixed (I also had a problem with my usyd account, emailed them, waited 2 days, then finally called them instead and they fixed it in 5 minutes).
